The second draft of the Conifer/285 Corridor Area Plan is ready for review. You can view a clean copy and a red-mark (showing only changes from the first draft) in either Microsoft Word or Adobe by clicking on this link. Maps are located in a folder at this link as well. All of this information, plus the September 1 meeting notes, the survey results and a comment and response log (detailing staffs responses to written comments) is also available on the Conifer Plan update - http://jeffco.us/planning-and-zoning/plan-regulation-updates/conifer-285-corridor-area/. Please send any comments to Senior Planner Heather Guntherless by November 30 (hgutherl@jeffco.us, 303-271-8716).

Note that the Planning Commission hearing has been postponed to February 3, 2016. Planning & Zoning has seen several staffing changes in the last few months that have meant planners taking on more and different duties. This is why Draft 2 is coming out in early November rather than mid-October, as originally anticipated. The Planning Director has proposed that the Conifer Plan hearing be postponed so that citizens have a chance to review and respond to Draft 2. This also means that Staff will be able to craft a third and final Draft by the end of the year, which is the Plan that will be acted on by the Planning Commission in February. This will give everyone a better opportunity to fully understand the proposed Plan.

If you have difficulty in downloading the plan, contact Ms. Guntherless to send you an attachment or a hard copy.
